What sort of leather do you use?
All of the leather used in our products is produced in a tannery in the Veneto region in Italy. They are renowned for producing premium quality leather and have been in operation for almost 100 years.
They have worked with a number of the world's top luxury and premium brands, particularly those with an emphasis on quality, style and Italian craftsmanship.
How do I look after my bag?
Leather has character, it’s supposed to age with time, that's part of the beauty of it! That being said, leather conditioner is a nice way to enhance the feel of your bag. Also, if you ever have a particularly wet day, we suggest emptying your bag out and letting it dry properly.
Can you use carts with these bags?
You certainly can, although our bags are designed to be carried. The carbon fibre rod gives enough structure to make pulling clubs easy. If using a buggy, be mindful of the strap and plastic. We suggest putting a towel down to protect your golf bag from scuffs and scratches.
Are repairs possible?
Absolutely, we are always happy to help where we can. The best thing to do is reach out to us with an email and include some pictures of the bag in question and we can go from there.

How can I determine my size for BOLD GOLF apparel?
To find your size, we recommend referring to our size chart available on each product page. Our sizing is based on standard measurements, and we encourage you to measure yourself accurately to ensure the best fit.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy for items purchased from BOLD GOLF?
BOLD GOLF has a 28-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bold-golf.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item. For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that we currently do not cover return shipping costs.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@bold-golf.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly. Attaching any photos will be greatly helpful too.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Shipping & Customs
Will I be charged any customs fees or duties on my order?
Orders on shipments to the USA and UK may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes. These charges vary by country and value of order, and are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

How much does shipping cost?
For Ireland and EU Countries, shipping is free for orders over €200. Otherwise, we charge a flat fee of €5.
For the UK, shipping is free for orders over £200. Otherwise, we charge a flat fee of £7.
For the USA, shipping is free for orders over $350. Otherwise, we charge a flat fee of $25.
